I had the opportunity to photograph a fun family ~ the younger kiddos were cooperative and the older were obliging... so, we managed to get some "real deal smiles"... I love that! Maybe it was all the kissing... kids kissing mom, mom kissing kids... You can imagine the giggles and eye rolling going on. But then we even had kids kissing the dog -- not even my idea, but theirs! Anyway, we all had a good time and got it done. Thank you Sue and kiddos!!

Michael and Meredith-- congrats!!!
Erik and I had the privilege of photographing this very special couple. I LOVED every minute of capturing the love between them! During the ceremony he kept looking at her in the sweetest most tender way -- it was blissful to capture! After the ceremony we all headed over to the Tower Theater for the reception. All the dancing made for some really fun photographs (the bride's uncle even pulled me out on the dance floor- Erik caught it -- maybe I'll post that later!) :)

Let's celebrate this little one! What a joy she is. From what I have seen from the 3 occasions I have had to photograph this little one is that she never cries, has a happy disposition, is full of joy and it is truly catching (her Mom and Dad may disagree that she never cries, but I have yet to see it)! I had the pleasure of photographing her baptism at St. Francis. She had to amaze the priest, because she only smiled during the water baptism and then fell asleep in her mother's arms after her big debut. What a JOY... see for yourself.

What a ride! We had an amazing time photographing Courtney and Christian's wedding in Seattle. Talk about fun... the happy couple obviously enjoy each other, life and laughter. I loved it and loved capturing it all for them with my amazing husband at my side. It was pretty easy to get such cool shots when you have such willing participants and a bride who wants to go down the slide with her Dad! Anyway, hope you enjoy the view of a few of my favorites...

Meet two sisters and their little ones... aren't they adorable? I couldn't narrow down my choices, so I had to make a collage. The kids were amazing! They did everything I asked and more... played with their mommies, snuggled together in the grass, and the little girl even did a impromptu rodeo hat maneuver that would have even made a rodeo queen jealous. I couldn't have asked for better models that day. What a blessing the little ones are to photograph... happy viewing!

Welcome Baby Ian!! Gorgeous and unbelievably behaved, even at 3 weeks! Smiled... slept as if on cue... what else could I ask for? Okay... a cute caterpillar suit made by a friend of mine (Maci).
