Finally posting a fairly recent shoot. Do to our circumstances lately, I am so behind! Arden is a beautiful mom and so very patient while waiting to see these. I am so thankful!
We had a great time out at Smith Rock with her son. He was a trooper with all my "oh, aren't you just so cute, let me just take one more..."

This is dedicated to my dear friend Stacey... she was fun, she talked in silly accents -- she had a specific english one for when we would call each other-- and she was a phenomenal story teller. She was caring and genuine. She loved hard... She loved to laugh and to make others smile. She put others needs first. She loved her family, her friends and she loved me.

I am happy for her that she is in Heaven, holding on to my savior's hand. I love you so Stacey.

The following images are from March 07 with her wonderful and beautiful daughter, Makenzie... enjoy the obvious display of love and affection between them, the best of friends. She will be missed by all who loved her, but we are so thankful for the time we had.

I had the opportunity to photograph a fun family ~ the younger kiddos were cooperative and the older were obliging... so, we managed to get some "real deal smiles"... I love that! Maybe it was all the kissing... kids kissing mom, mom kissing kids... You can imagine the giggles and eye rolling going on. But then we even had kids kissing the dog -- not even my idea, but theirs! Anyway, we all had a good time and got it done. Thank you Sue and kiddos!!

Michael and Meredith-- congrats!!!
Erik and I had the privilege of photographing this very special couple. I LOVED every minute of capturing the love between them! During the ceremony he kept looking at her in the sweetest most tender way -- it was blissful to capture! After the ceremony we all headed over to the Tower Theater for the reception. All the dancing made for some really fun photographs (the bride's uncle even pulled me out on the dance floor- Erik caught it -- maybe I'll post that later!) :)

Congrats Michael and Meredith! We were honored to be a part of your big day. You are so fun and obviously so in love. May God bless your marriage in his safety, comfort and joy for the rest of your lives!

Let's celebrate this little one! What a joy she is. From what I have seen from the 3 occasions I have had to photograph this little one is that she never cries, has a happy disposition, is full of joy and it is truly catching (her Mom and Dad may disagree that she never cries, but I have yet to see it)! I had the pleasure of photographing her baptism at St. Francis. She had to amaze the priest, because she only smiled during the water baptism and then fell asleep in her mother's arms after her big debut. What a JOY... see for yourself.
